1. Did this video affect your views of business regulations and the new healthcare laws? Why or why not? If so, in what way?

2. Bob Luddy argues that it’s in his best interest to make an efficient product and he doesn’t need the government to “help.” Why might he already have the incentive to do this without regulation? Does government still need to step in and regulate? Why or why not?

3. Healthcare expert Betsy McCaughey argues that the healthcare mandates hurts companies and therefore hurt employees. Is that the case? Do you think the mandates are worth any hassle they might be causing? Defend your answer.

4. Some parts of the healthcare bill are decided by whoever occupies the White House, which means they can change depending on who is elected in the future. What are the benefits and/or drawbacks of this? Should it be the president's job to make health care decisions for us? Why or why not?
