Problems logging in or registering?

Doesn't recognize your login?
If you are trying to login to an existing account, please be aware that our login process was launched on Oct. 19, 2008. Anyone who ordered from us previous to that date did not have a web site account, as logging in was not required.

So if you have not created an account since Oct. 19, 2008, go to our Registration Page and create a new account.

It won't let me register because my email address is already taken
This means that you have already registered that email address, so if you cannot login, you are probably entering the wrong password. To have your password reset, click the forgot password link, and then check the registered email account for your new temporary password.

You're getting an error when trying to register
All fields are required on the form. If you are entering data in all fields but the form is telling you that you haven't, it may be that you do not have cookies enabled in your browser. Cookies is what allows the form to save your information.
To enable cookies in Internet Explorer:

Go to the Tools menu and choose Internet Options, then Privacy, and then make that slider bar = or above Medium.

To enable cookies in Firefox:

Go to the Tools menu and choose Options, then choose Privacy. Then check the box with "Accept Cookies from Sites," and "Accept Third-party Cookies."
If you have cookies enabled but continue to have trouble registering, it is likely that your school or your school's Internet Service Provider restricts the transmittal of some information on web sites. If this is the case, you can still submit your order via email.

Forgot your password?
To have your password emailed to the email address you registered, click the forgot password link, and then check the registered email account for your new temporary password.

If you do not receive an email from us, be sure you are checking the email address you registered under. Or perhaps you do not have an existing account with our web site.
